This seems to be a good card to use with hylafax, we have purchased one of
these and it works fine under FreeBSD 6.1 using the uart driver and also
does V.34 faxing and DTMF tone detection so you can redirect faxes based on
the number dialled!

I use this config with the card :-

ModemType:              Class1.0
ModemRate:              57600
ModemFlowControl:       rtscts
Class1EnableV34Cmd:     AT+F34=14,1,2
Class1TMConnectDelay:   400

ModemRingResponse:      AT+FCLASS=8;H1

ModemAnswerCmd:         <delay:100>AT+FCLASS=1.0;+F34=14,1,2;A



This configuration seems to work well for V34 faxing and answering the phone
in voice mode, waiting for 4 DTMF tones then answering in fax mode, allows
us to redirect faxes in FaxDispatch via $CALLID1.
