Ah.  Well, upon inspection, turns out the sent FAX is, in fact, being returned as a PDF attachment.  Has been, all along.

What turns out to be the issue is, they are taking the *confirmation message*, the "text message" part of the confirming email, and converting that to PDF, for their own archiving needs.  It would be nice to save that step.  Stated more plainly, the confimation as PDF, is desired.

Somehow, the story got foggy and I was understanding the problem to be no PDF attachment at all.  When I went into users mail, I saw immediately how wrong I had the issue.

If there is a way to have the confirmation message come as a PDF attachment, please clue me in.  Tho that appears to be a bigger task than usual, lately.
