[hylafax-users] How can I start dispatch manually?

Hi,

on a remote PC I have the problem that a fax is not dispatched to the
receive-user.
A file FaxDispatch with content
FILETYPE=pdf;
	SENDTO=harald;
is existing, the fax is received, but hylafax is not dispatching it to
the user harald. Installed system is the same as at home, and at home
it works fine.
Debian Sarge with hylafax-server 4.2.1-5sarge3
No info in the logs:-( Is it possible to start dispatching manually to
test and to see, what is going on?!?

Any hints?
