Hi

 

We are using the Hylafax software version 4.1.8 and the modem is Conexant HSF soft modem on RedHat Linux AS 2.1. We are using this for sending the fax. Some times while the faxgetty is under execution OS is not responding at all for any other process, even we are unable to ping the server. This leads us to reboot the system for the service.

 

This is our Producition server with Websphere Application server 5.0.2.15 and IBM HTTP Server 2.0.42 running on that. This is an IBM xSeries 360 machine. Could you please suggest us how to rectify this hylafax issue.
