I think that this actualy is not an error. Here in Serbia and Montenegro many companies are using some old fax machines which requires receipent to answer the call and to push button to give sender fax signal. I think that receipent din't realised first two times that slould give fax signal... Our secretary here always calls the receipents and ask them to give her a fax signal. With HylaFAX there is no need for this primitive way.
