grep for 'faxrcvd' in /var/log/messages. Find the one that HylaFAX ran for 
each fax you're missing, and then change directories to /var/spool/hylafax 
and run each of the commands from the commandline. If you do anything fancy 
in FaxDispatch that writes files that HylaFAX may need to access later, it 
would be best to do this as the uucp/fax user (which is how HylaFAX would 
execute them).
