Take a look at the FaxBack knowledgebase. You will find several articles that discuss debug.... article DAPN-5HC42J describes how to enable low level debug files on Brooktrout hardware. The exact details depend on which version of Net SatisFAXtion you are using (be very careful because the Brooktrout drivers will blow up in your face if you get this wrong). I suggest that you talk to your FaxBack support contact and they will help you interpret the debug files (the low level ones are the equivalent of reading assembly language). Enjoy !
