Does anyone know what this means or why it is happening? It happens randomly during some fax jobs and works other times. Could this be a bad phone line or wiring? The modem is brand new, so I highly doubt there is anything wrong with the modem: MultiModemZPX PCI-U-NV Log transcript: May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: SESSION BEGIN 000000105 xxxxxxxxxxxx May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: HylaFAX (tm) Version 4.2.5 May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: SEND FAX: JOB 73 DEST xxxxxxxxxx COMMID 000000105 DEVICE '/dev/modem' FROM 'WWW daemon apache ' USER wwwrun May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: <-- [9:AT+FLO=2\r] May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.26: [16235]: <-- [9:AT+FPP=0\r] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: <-- [9:AT+FBO=0\r] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: <-- [10:AT+FCT=30\r] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.27: [16235]: <-- [15:AT+FNR=1,1,1,1\r] May 02 10:00:21.28: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.28: [16235]: <-- [7:AT+FAP\r] May 02 10:00:21.28: [16235]: --> [5:ERROR] May 02 10:00:21.28: [16235]: MODEM Command error May 02 10:00:21.28: [16235]: <-- [9:AT+FIE=0\r] May 02 10:00:21.29: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.29: [16235]: <-- [23:AT+FCC=1,0,2,2,3,1,0,0\r] May 02 10:00:21.29: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:21.29: [16235]: DIAL xxxxxxxxxx May 02 10:00:21.29: [16235]: <-- [15:ATDTxxxxxxxxxx\r] May 02 10:00:45.88: [16235]: --> [4:+FCO] May 02 10:00:45.90: [16235]: --> [52:+FNF:00 00 11 80 00 8A 48 00 89 00 80 80 80 04 01 02] May 02 10:00:45.90: [16235]: REMOTE NSF "00 00 11 80 00 8A 48 00 89 00 80 80 80 04 01 02" May 02 10:00:45.90: [16235]: NSF remote fax equipment: Canon Laser Class 2060 May 02 10:00:46.32: [16235]: --> [22:+FIS:1,5,0,2,3,1,0,3,3] May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE best rate 14400 bit/s May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE max A4 page width (215 mm) May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE max unlimited page length May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE best vres 7.7 line/mm May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE format support: MH, MR May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE supports T.30 Annex A, 256-byte ECM May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: REMOTE best 10 ms/scanline May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE 2400 bit/s May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE error correction mode May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: SEND file "docq/doc109.ps;01" May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE A4 page width (215 mm) May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE unlimited page length May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE 7.7 line/mm May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE 2-D MR May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: USE 0 ms/scanline May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: <-- [23:AT+FIS=1,0,0,2,1,1,0,0\r] May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:00:46.33: [16235]: <-- [7:AT+FDT\r] May 02 10:01:00.42: [16235]: --> [7:+FHS:27] May 02 10:01:00.67: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:01:00.67: [16235]: <-- [7:AT+FDT\r] May 02 10:01:00.67: [16235]: --> [5:ERROR] May 02 10:01:00.67: [16235]: <-- [7:AT+FKS\r] May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: --> [6:+FHS:2] May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: REMOTE HANGUP: Call aborted, from +FK or (code 2) May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: MODEM Hang up May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: SEND: Communication failure during Phase B/C; Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page "docq/doc109.ps;01", dirnum 0 May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: <-- [5:ATH0\r] May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: --> [2:OK] May 02 10:01:00.68: [16235]: SESSION END Close __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
