[hylafax-users] Communication failure during Phase B/C

Does anyone know what this means or why it is
happening?

It happens randomly during some fax jobs and works
other times. Could this be a bad phone line or
wiring?

The modem is brand new, so I highly doubt there is
anything wrong with the modem: MultiModemZPX PCI-U-NV
