[hylafax-users] hylafax not receiving faxes

Hello,

I have installed hylafax-4.3.0.2-1 just today, can send out faxes just
fine but cannot receive faxes (with the default install).I've googled
for a lot of HOWTOs and FAQs regarding this problem but I was always
told that the default installation of HylaFAX sends an email with an
FTP link within its body. So far I haven't received any email even
though I can see that it was responding to a fax request:

Then after that, nothing happens. I've also tail'd /var/log/maillog
for any outgoing mail messages, there was none. There are no files in
/var/spool/hylafax/recvq also. Here's one of the files in
