I've tried to fix this on my own many times now with no luck. I don't want to use faxgetty cause I don't want hylafax answering incoming fax calls. Sometimes when I come into the office, many outgoing fax jobs are backed up in the "w" state, meaning they are waiting on the modem to "come ready". To fix it, I have to log in as root, type "faxmodem modem", and then the jobs go through. I've tried adding this faxmodem command to the init.d startup script for hylafax but still the problem just naturally occurs if the fax server goes idle over time. Is there any way to just tell hylafax that the modem is ALWAYS ready and to stop blocking jobs. ~Mike Farrell __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
