Did this not work for you? nope, it didn't. faxaddmodem said it didn't recongnize my modem and that i had to do the configuration by hand. Which is what i did. > By the way, you're missing true Class 1.0 feature support (+FAR) in your > modem config file the way it is... you'll probably be better-off with > the existing prototype. I guess i missed something. I'm not fully aware of what class 1.0 offers. I've selected class 1.0 because its supposed to offer a few more things over class 1 and i don't trust class 2 since it depends on the firmware. FAR? i guess you mean this: Class1AdaptRecvCmd: AT+FAR=1 # reports carrier detection mismatches Should i just add this at the bottom? What exactly does it offer? ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
