[hylafax-users] Modem not detected

When running: less /proc/pci ,I am unable to see something like this:

Bus  0, device  13, function  0:
Communication controller: Lucent Microelectronics Venus Modem     (V90, 56KFlex) (rev 0).
      IRQ 9.
Master Capable.  No bursts.  Min Gnt=252.Max Lat=14.
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xffadfe00 [0xffadfeff].
      I/O at 0x7800 [0x78ff].
      I/O at 0x7400 [0x74ff].
      I/O at 0x7fe0 [0x7fe7].

LSPCI shows nothing related to the modem too.
I have also tried using kudzu and it is also not seeing this card.

The faxcard is Multi Tech MT5634ZPX-PCI-U. It was tested on another Linux Box and a Windows Box and was working,

The Linux distro is CentOS.

The Mother board is PCChips M861G v1.6a and it's specs are below:

The key features of this motherboard include:
Socket-754 Processor Support
• Supports AMD Athlon 64/Sempron processors
• Supports Front-Side Bus 800 MHz
Note: HyperTransport Technology is a point-to-point link between two
devices, it enables integrated circuits to exchange information at much
higher speeds than currently available interconnect technologies.
Chipset
There are VIA K8M800 Northbridge and VT8237 Southbridge in this chipset
in accordance with an innovative and scalable architecture with proven reliability
and performance.
