[hylafax-users] Cannot send fax Hylafax 2.4.5 on FC4

I've installed Hylafax 4.2.5 on FC4.  I can receive faxes no problem.  
But I cannot send, I tried with 2 clients, JHaylaFAX and Winprint 
HylaFAX,  The problem with JHaylaFAX it is asking for a username and 
password, Do I need to setup username and password for users to be able 
to use HylaFAX server to fax out?
With WinPrint HylaFAX, It just stayed in the queue, It didn't even dialed.

Has anybody experienced this or know the solution to this?  I appreciate 
all the help I can get.
