[hylafax-users] Sharp FO-175 -- No response to MPS or EOP

Hi all.
We are having problems trying to send faxes to a "Sharp FO-175" fax machine.

Could this be a compatibility issue with this sort of fax machine?

The client insists that he can receive faxes from other people without any problem.
When tested from a desktop fax machine, the they got through to him ok. 
When we try to send through Hylafax he only seems to get a fax with 
the first few lines.

We get these sort of errors in the xferfaxlog file:
 "No response to MPS or EOP repeated 3 tries; Giving up after 3 attempts to send same page


Any ideas?
