By default FaxMaster receives a notification of all incoming faxes (but 
without the faxes attached). So you're getting that, plus you're getting the 
email to FaxMaxter caused by the SENDTO that you're setting (this one will 
have the faxes attached).

If you put:

NOTIFY_FAXMASTER=errors

into FaxDispatch, then FaxMaster will only receive notifications of failed 
incoming faxes. Other acceptable values for this are "always" and "never".
