After dist-upgrading from woody to sarge, hylafax no longer works properly on my debian box. When issuing "/etc/init.d/hylafax restart", I get this: Stopping HylaFAX daemons: faxq(not running) hfaxd(not running) faxgetty. Not starting HylaFAX daemons since they are already running. Huh? I'm running faxgetty from init; therefore it gets restarted immediately. Seemingly the script won't restart any service if it detects at least one of them to be running; at least this is what I currently believe to be the problem. However, I have no idea how to solve this, my ability to read the script just won't suffice. What can I do? regards, Schnobs ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
