Thanks for the time and effort you've made on this.
I tried various variations with the bios clock which didn't help.
I've since re-installed a new system (redhat 9) with Hylafax 4.2.4 from
source.
And there isn't any similar type of problems.
Just for the record, the install history.
hylafax-4.2.2-1fc4.i386.rpm
hylafax-4.2.3rc1-1fc4.i386.rpm
hylafax-4.2.3.2.tar.gz
hylafax-4.2.4.tar.gz
I think the problem happened after upgrading the rpm's, but I can be too
sure as I didn't keep any record of when I first noticed the problem.
