[hylafax-users] Some questions about hylafax

Hello,

I have got a hylafax server running and have some configuration questions.
1. How can I switch off the cover page?
2. How can I change page format from US-letter to A4?
3. How can I configure hylafax only to send faxes, but not to recieve?
