You have a strange setup: hylafax is from "stable" (you are missing
security update), while libtiff is from "testing" and was uploaded for
an ABI translation. I am not sure about what is happening to your
system, but I think it isn't related to the software. Did you update
libtiff lately? Could you try removing libtiff-tools and libtiffxx0?
