Lee, I did a locate on libfaxserver /usr/lib/libfaxserver.so.4.2.3.1 /usr/lib/libfaxserver.so /usr/local/lib/libfaxserver.so.4.2.3 /usr/local/lib/libfaxserver.so /usr/local/lib/libfaxserver.so.4.2.3.1 /usr/src/downloads/hylafax-4.2.3/faxd/libfaxserver.so.4.2.3 /usr/src/downloads/hylafax-4.2.3/faxd/libfaxserver.so /usr/src/downloads/hylafax-4.2.3.2/faxd/libfaxserver.so.4.2.3.1 /usr/src/downloads/hylafax-4.2.3.2/faxd/libfaxserver.so I'm confused as I installed 4.2.3.2 from source yet it seems that the libfaxserver.so is for version 4.2.3.1 or did it not change between versions? Or is something else going on? I'm using version 4.2.3.2 This probably means that your DSO file(s) are mismatched and generally indicates that you have two different HylaFAX installations on the system. Look in /usr/lib/ for libfaxutil* and libfaxserver*. You probably have a pair of symlinks pointing to the versioned ones. Make sure they're pointing to the ones that were installed with the faxqclean binary.
