Hi Tom. If everything is working well then I would just leave it alone.... "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". I just upgraded HylaFAX to 4.2.3 and thought I might re-run faxaddmodem just for kicks. Anyhow, HylaFAX detects this modem as a class 2 modem and sets it up as such. Would I be well advised to set this modem up as class 1 instead? I know that HylaFAX handles most of the work in class 1, and seeing as there have been many improvements in HylaFAX, I thought it might be worth switching.
