short translation:
hylafax-4.2.3-1sles9 installed on Suse Enterprise Server
does not send faxes. error message something like "CAPI not installed".
capi4hylafax is installed, "capifax" can send faxes.

Hello Markus,

probably a file access problem with the CAPI device.
I had a similar error some time ago. c2faxsend could not access  
/dev/isdn/capi20 because of a bug in HylaFAX or capi4hylafax.  
(supplementary groups were not set correctly)

Check owner, group and access mode of /dev/capi20 or /dev/isdn/capi20  
and user and group[s] of the c2faxsend process.
