[hylafax-users] fax outbound postscript errors!?

I've got hylafax 4.2 running on SLES9 linux
approx 5% of the faxes fails with an error similar this - something
undefined

1045 127 F oracle 817777777 0:0 0:3 Error: /undefined in 8N?A
1075 127 F oracle 819999999 0:0 0:3 Error: /undefined in i\O
1076 127 F oracle 818888888 0:0 0:3 Error: /undefined in o~\

I'm not sure what is causing this as I can have same document (text and
logo) going to another recipient
where only the recipients names and address change - and the fax job will
have such an error.
The coverpage is not the problem as the error reproduces without coverpage.
htmldoc1.8.24 is producing the postscript file.
Has anyone seen this behavior or what can be done to further troubleshoot
this

Many thanks
Pete
