[hylafax-users] timeout after EOM received (code 74)

Hello

I am trying to set up hylafax 4.2.2 on gentoo with a multitech external
modem and getting the following error:

Currently it is set up for a class 2 modem and I have tried receiving
faxes from three different fax machines with no luck.  I can send faxes
just find.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
