I think the communication stop when the data socket is started. This
probably means that the client machine is on a different network than
the server machine and that the client machine IP address,
192.168.100.3, is not reachable by the server machine (maybe it is
NAT'ed)
Could you check if the server or client stop waiting for a connection?
Please check the TCP/IP port status using "netstat -atnp|grep fax"
