[hylafax-users] Failure to raise V.21 transmission carrier

Hello!

I'm having a problem with receiving faxes that are 12 or 13 pages.
I have tested this on many fax machines and on our lines here at the
office and at remote locations and it's been consistent, I cannot
receive a fax bigger than 13 pages, most of the time though it fails at
12 pages.
