At 10:41:32.58 the modem detects the sender's V.21 transmit carrier, but 
then the modem does not pass us the HDLC frame.  So the modem's Class 1 
firmware is broken.

You'll need to look for a firmware fix from the manufacturer, switch to 
Class 2, or use a different modem.
