[hylafax-users] Error hylafax server (error:550 fax000000010.tif Operation not permitted)

Hello.

I Have got the follow problem:

When I try from my windows client (WHFC or Hylapex) to view a fax tif image inside the received I cannot see it

Hylapex return me this error: Error hylafax server (error:550 fax000000010.tif Operation not permitted)

 

I don’ t understand why.
