(he is not allowed > to change CID or modem) i think, this is not possible? > In a situation that's similar to this one, I prefered to make up a custom script that issues the "sendfax" command. sendfax allows you to specify the modem@host (in my case ttyv0@localhost), thus you can force each user to use the designated modem/clid.
