[hylafax-users] Sleeping job on run queue
We've been running hylafax for several months now, running 1000-2000
faxes a day, and have had occasional problems with the faxqueuer just
stopping accepting incoming jobs.
A run through the logs brought up these lines:
Sep 20 23:59:50 Intrafax FaxQueuer[4825]: Assertion failed "Sleeping job
on run queue", file "faxQueueApp.c++" line 2213.
Sep 20 23:59:50 Intrafax FaxGetty[2077]: LOCKWAIT

Any ideas on why we would get a sleeping job on run queue error? Doing a
/etc/rc.d/init.d/hylafax stop and start fixes the problem, but it also
dumps all the currently sending faxes.
We are using Hylafax version 4.2.1 custom compiled on SuSE 9.0.
