[hylafax-users] Strange random error.

This is the second time i have gotten this error.  The first time (if i 
remember correctly) it was a permissions issue that i had to take a 
rather insecure route to fix.  I would really like to know why this 
comes up without warning.  Does anyone have any ideas?
