I'm not certain how to look at the logs other than in the done que there was a reference to ghostscript that none of the successful faxes had. I did copy the faxcover file to my local machine and specify that one in the WHFC program and it faxed fine. So, thinking that maybe the program has problems with UNC paths I set it up again on the server with the unc string and it worked fine. No idea what may have caused the problem. I've since sent 3-4 faxes sucessfully with the faxcover. On another note. How exactly is the e-mail notification supposed to work? I know that WHFC has the setting. But does something have to be enabled on the hylafax server for that to function? Thanks for all the help! -James -----Original Message----- From: hylafax-users-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:hylafax-users-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Bodo Meissner Sent: Thursday, September 15, 2005 5:10 AM To: hylafax-users@xxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [hylafax-users] WHFC and Faxcover Hello James, do you see any error messages in the logfiles on your Hylafax server when you try to send a fax with cover page? Can you use the .ps file as cover page with sendfax?
