[hylafax-users] ModemDialCmd

We have been using hylafax exclusively for receiving.
There is now some interest in outbound faxing as well.
I have the modem lines configured onto our PBX, so all
(4) modems need to dial 9 for an outside line. I
tracked down the ModemDialCmd reference in the
hylafax-config man page, but am unsure where it goes. 
Per modem config?  etc/dialrules?

Advice appreciated.
