Re: [hylafax-users] zero bytes PDF attachment under SUSE 9.3

I thought mimencode was installed, but you were right it was missing.
Now everything works fine. Thanks !

Hello list,

i´ve got a problem with a zero bytes PDF e-mail attachments under SUSE
9.3. I use the SUSE RPMs
hylafax and capi4hylafax. With the previously installed SuSE 9.2 the
e-mail functionality
workes fine.
An executed faxrcvd
/var/spool/fax/bin/faxrcvd recvq/fax00006.tif faxCAPI 00000034 dial_number
fax_number

is leading to the same result.

When I manually convert the tiff file with

tiff2ps -a -O fax00006.ps fax00006.tif
ps2pdf -g1728x1141 -r203x98 fax00006.ps fax00006.pdf

i get a working pdf file.
Uninstalling the 9.3 RPMs and using the RPMs of the 9.2 distribution
didn´t work.

Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks Jens
