well.. until 4.2.2 comes along... is there a setting i can adjust?  it seems 
bizarre that ALL faxes are flagged as failures.  (I don't mean the FCERROR) 
specifically, but all faxes generate an error log that's email with the same 
heading:  "An attempt to receive facsimile on ttyACM0 failed because:"
