[hylafax-users] wierd faxrcvd error.

Hey, i started receiving faxes again after the permissions issue but now 
they wernt being emailed.  I tested out faxrcvd and i got this error:

mail:/var/spool/fax/etc # ../bin/faxrcvd "recvq/fax000000372.tif" 
"ttyS14" "000000478" "" "O" "O" "9299444"

FATAL ERROR: /var/spool/fax/etc/etc/setup.cache is missing!

The file /var/spool/fax/etc/etc/setup.cache is not present.  This
probably means the machine has not been setup using the faxsetup(8C)
command.  Read the documentation on setting up HylaFAX before you
startup a server system.


setup.cache exists, just not in the double etc dir its looking in.  I 
could simlink etc to itself but i would like to find the root cause of 
this problem.  Any ideas?
