Running faxsetup today I noticed the following error:

What is capture and what are the consequences of it not being found.

capture is a shell function that is defined earlier in the faxsetup script. There were some errors in earlier releases (4.2.1?) where the capture function was not there, and it would cause this error. The consequence was that uuencode's base64 options may not have been used as they could have been. The consequence of that would be that any attached-fax notifcation messages would be encoded with x-uuencode rather than base64, which generally was only a problem for some less-used mail user agents, such as Mozilla mail.
