[hylafax-users] Duplicate faxes being sent

Any one have duplicate fax problems?

Here is the info I have right now, trying to get a transcript of the error.

Two Examples Headers on fax
Received from "faxout 6" @ 10:53; received again from "faxout 7" @ 10:55.
 
Received from "faxout 0" @ 10:02; received again from "faxout 0" @ 10:04. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
