Re: [hylafax-users] T.30 T2 timeout, expected page not received

Well, you *did* get a single-page fax ("RECV: 1147 total lines"), and HylaFAX did save that image to disk. However, the "error" occurs because the sender hung up before they bothered to send a post-page message or wait for your response.

So you got the fax, yes, but you didn't confirm it to them. What kind of fax machine are they using?

Lee.

Thanks for the help, Lee.

The remmote end is claiming that everything looks good. They seem to think
that the fax went throught. Is there anything that i can do on my end to
adjust/tweak this?

This means that connectivity was lost with the remote.

It probably hung up.

Have you contacted the sender to find out what they saw on their end.
Are you sure they didn't cancel?

Lee.
