Thanks for the help, Lee.
The remmote end is claiming that everything looks good. They seem to think that the fax went throught. Is there anything that i can do on my end to adjust/tweak this?

It probably hung up.
Have you contacted the sender to find out what they saw on their end. Are you sure they didn't cancel?
