I am attempting to replace Visifax on an RS/6000(AIX5.1L) with HylaFAX as a client to a HylaFAX server on a Linux system. The HylaFAX server has been working great for ages, and I am able to send text file via sendfax from the RS/6000 to the server. But the application that sends the faxes expects Visifax-ness, so to speak. Thats all easily worked around except for one bit. The application sticks the following line in the beginning of the fax file (which is otherwise just text): // /usr/lib/fax/logo.mie noff This just insert the above image into the document, the image is a TIFF G3 file. Is there any equivalent HylaFAX functionality or way to emulate this behaviour? ____________________ HylaFAX(tm) Users Mailing List _______________________ To subscribe/unsubscribe, click http://lists.hylafax.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi On UNIX: mail -s unsubscribe hylafax-users-request@xxxxxxxxxxx < /dev/null *To learn about commercial HylaFAX(tm) support, mail sales@xxxxxxxxx*
