This subject is addressed about once per week.  So you can get the 
answer to it out of the archives.

I know that I handled it at least twice last week.

Simple answer: drop uuencode_it, install metamail, and re-run faxsetup.

More complicated answer: upgrade to latest CVS HEAD, drop uuencode_it, 
and re-run faxsetup.
