#%PAM-1.0 auth required /lib/security/pam_pwdb.so debug account required /lib/security/pam_pwdb.so debug
Dear,
Could you teach me how to setup hylafax with PAM support.
My machine is running hylafax 4.2.1 (I am using rpm version for FC2) inside my machine (FC2).
Existing, I am using "hosts.hfaxd" to provide username and password for hylafax client login (client is using WHFC).
Now I would like to change hylafax to using PAM for client access.
I have created a file "hylafax" inside directory "pam.d" and this file contain three lines:
#%PAM-1.0 auth required pam_stack.so service=system-auth account required pam_stack.so service=system-auth
I can not login using the account in "/etc/passwd" and some error is shown in file "/var/log/messages"
May 10 11:34:57 fcnb hylafax(pam_unix)[2348]: authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=10 tty= ruser= rhost= user=willie May 10 11:34:59 fcnb hfaxd[2348]: Login failed from 198.127.18.162 [198.127.18.162], willie
Anything I have made mistake?
Could you instruct me to solve this problem?
Thankyou very much
