Dear, Could you teach me how to setup hylafax with PAM support. My machine is running hylafax 4.2.1 (I am using rpm version for FC2) inside my machine (FC2). Existing, I am using "hosts.hfaxd" to provide username and password for hylafax client login (client is using WHFC). Now I would like to change hylafax to using PAM for client access. I have created a file "hylafax" inside directory "pam.d" and this file contain three lines: #%PAM-1.0 auth required pam_stack.so service=system-auth account required pam_stack.so service=system-auth I can not login using the account in "/etc/passwd" and some error is shown in file "/var/log/messages" May 10 11:34:57 fcnb hylafax(pam_unix)[2348]: authentication failure; logname= uid=0 euid=10 tty= ruser= rhost= user=willie May 10 11:34:59 fcnb hfaxd[2348]: Login failed from 198.127.18.162 [198.127.18.162], willie Anything I have made mistake?
