[hylafax-users] hylafax setup problem

I use the ecion E1 card to setup the hylafax but after finish installing 
the hylafax I can't send any fasmile!!

and the log tell faxgetty can not lock modem device .But I have change the 
owner of the config file to uucp
I don't know why ??
