Hello Mike,

I use MT5634ZPX-PCI with good results.

Is it possible that the wedged state is due to users plugging and unplugging 
the telephone line? This happens because the user sometimes uses the line 
with an old manual fax machine.

What Class did you select to use  this modem with hylafax?

Is it necessary any special configuration in the config.ttySx to use this 
modem?
