If you wanto to use enscript, then you need to preprocess the file and
add the epsf command in each page (if your file has form feeds chars
separating pages this should be easy).

If your input file is PCL and when you print you use a logo in a PCL
macro, then you can use the ghostpcl (google) program to convert yor
untouched PCL input and your PCL macro into postscript.
