Sorry, ignore my last question. Obviously everything's actually working
correctly, I just wasn't up to speed on Linux way of handling time. i.e.
that local time needs to be explicitly requested, and that the default clock
is in Universal time (UTC).

Now, the next question - how can I make WHFC query faxstat in *local* time?

Damn, I only just noticed the 07:00 Versus 17:00. Where does TimeZone come
into it though? i.e. how can I fix this...

You original post showed a delta of 10 hours, like the above, so it's almost
certain the issue is TZ.
