[hylafax-users] Not response to PPS repeated 3 steal

Hi. I'm using Hylafax 4.2.1. When I send a fax with a client of windows
(whfc with apple laserwriter 16/600 PS), the job gives the following
mistake: 'Not response to PPS repeated 3 steal'.
I have an external serie modem (Conceptronic) in Class 1.
The server machine have a redhat 9 with version 3.7.1 of libtiff.
Any idea?
