[hylafax-users] No carrier detected

Hylafax has been working great for me. I am getting a "No carrier detected" 
error message, when I try to send a fax to this particular number.

I used the command "sendfax -n -d 4356541387 /home/joe/report.pdf".

What I have noticed is, that particular number answers only after 5 rings! 
Could that be a reason? If so, what do I need to change in my settings, so 
that my faxmodem can wait for so long?

Our number is 801-XYZ-ABCD. And the Destination Number is 435-654-1387. 
Though the area codes are different, the destination number is still a local 
number. Hence, no need to append 1 before the number. Please advise.
