Hi,Hi Kib,
we setup latest hylafax version 4.2.1 and compiled for SUSE 9.0.
The modem is a Eicon Diva 4 BRI. We are using the ttys not the CAPI. At the moment we can receive fax with the card.
We want to route faxes based on dialing extension. I learned this is called DID.
Unfortunately the Eicon card does not give me information like:
Aug 12 12:04:17 localhost FaxGetty[1525]: ANSWER: CID NUMBER "RING CID:2122920744 DAD: 3348600" NAME "RING CID: 2122920744 DAD: 3348600"
So I can't use it for routing my faxes.
I configured: ModemResetCmds: "AT#CID=7" to activate DID in the etc/config.ttyds01 file.
Noting happens. The only log I can see is: Feb 28 13:47:00 hylafax FaxGetty[2230]: ANSWER: FAX CONNECTION DEVICE '/dev/ttyds01'
I appreciate any help.
I'm not familiar with faxing over ISDN. I do know that the CID info is sent between ring 1 and ring 2 on analog lines. If you don't have RingsBeforeAnswer set to 2 or greater you won't get the CID info.
